Bio
Ying finds that the most satisfying part of being a Professor is witnessing the growth of students. She gets inspired by students when they run extra miles for a good cause. She believes that all students are talented, in one way or the other, so they will fly high when the right opportunity comes. She is therefore motivated to create an environment to nurture the creativity and collaboration for SIGHT students. In addition to SIGHT, Ying is running a research group with interests related to health (drug delivery and biomaterials), a faculty member at the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, and a proud mother of two toddlers.
